DTCP APPROVAL CERTIFICATE
A DTCP certificate is a certification from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) that a real estate project is compliant with regulations and guidelines. DTCP approval is important for both buyers and developers because it ensures that the project is sustainable and planned.
